Seventy-three caps and beanies, all AS Colour. Six-panel and five-panel structures, trucker fronts with mesh backs, flex fits, surf caps, cuffed and knit beanies, plus high-visibility safety versions of the cap and the beanie for crews that need them.
Headwear is the one category where the decoration method genuinely changes what you can make. Embroidery is the default and the reason most caps exist: it survives the sun, holds a crisp edge on a small mark and reads as considered rather than printed. Curved-front structured caps take a front logo cleanly. Unstructured and five-panel styles suit a smaller left-front or side hit. Beanies take a folded-cuff embroidery or a woven label. If your artwork has fine gradients or photographic detail, embroidery will not hold it. A patch is usually the honest answer, and we will say so.
Sizing is mostly one-size adjustable via snapback, strapback or flexfit, so headwear is the easiest thing to order for a team without collecting sizes from everyone.
