Finishes that read premium.
The finish is what separates real brand merch from the stuff that ends up in a drawer. Here’s how we’d dress it:
- Embroidery. The premium default for polos and caps. Stitched thread reads sharp and expensive on staff uniforms and headwear, and it lasts. Up to 8 thread colors.
- Custom patches. A branded patch on a cap or jacket gives merch a made-for-you feel. The kind of detail people notice and keep wearing.
- Screen printing & DTF. For tees and hoodies. Screen printing is the pick for bigger runs with bold, durable color; DTF handles full-color art and mixed garments with no minimum.
- Garment dyeing. When you need to hit a specific brand color, we can dye the garment so the color runs through the fabric, not just printed on top.
Consistent brand color.
Your brand has a color, and it should be the same color every time. With screen printing we can Pantone match your ink, so the blue on this year’s hoodies is the blue on next year’s tees. Not a close-enough guess.

Common questions.
Can you match our brand’s exact Pantone color?
Yes. Send us your Pantone codes and we’ll match them on screen printing, so your brand color stays consistent across every run. If the color has to live in the fabric itself, garment dyeing is the other route.
Can we reorder the same pack later?
Yes. We keep your approved artwork and specs on file, so a reorder is just a message to us. Same finish, same color, same blank. No re-proofing from zero unless you want to change something.
Do you do polos and staff uniforms?
Yes. Polos and staff uniforms are a core part of this. Embroidery is usually the pick. A stitched logo on a polo or cap reads premium and holds up to daily wear. Browse the blanks to see the polos and headwear on hand.
What’s the minimum order?
It depends on the method. DTF and DTG have no minimum, so a small onboarding kit or a sample is fine. Screen printing starts at 12 of a design, which is where bigger merch runs get most cost-effective.
Can you kit or fold-and-bag for handout?
Tell us how you want it to arrive. Folded and bagged for a clean handout, or kitted for onboarding, and we’ll sort it out on the quote. Let us know the plan when you reach out so we can price it in.
