ThreadGhost is a monochrome merch label out of Los Angeles. Curated blanks, custom decoration, and specs we name out loud, black, white, grey, and nothing you didn’t ask for.
We started with a simple annoyance.
Most merch hides the details. Mystery blanks, mystery pricing, ten colors you’ll never wear. We wanted the opposite: a short list of premium AS Colour blanks, decorated properly, priced in plain type. What you see is the whole receipt.
Everything is cut, decorated, and shipped from Los Angeles. We name the brand, the GSM, and the fit on every piece, so a boxy 6.5oz tee is a boxy 6.5oz tee, not a guess.
The model
Built to take a run of one
One piece is a real order here. Print a single tee to check the fit, then print two hundred of it. Screen printing is the one exception at 12 of a design, because the screens have to earn their setup.
The catalog is 363 blanks and 360 of them are AS Colour. Short on purpose. We know how each one takes ink, and nothing sits on the rack to pad the count.

Order one to see how it fits, then order two hundred. Screen printing starts at 12 of a design and every other method starts at a single garment.
Revisions don’t run out
Send changes back as many times as it takes. There is no round limit, and nothing gets printed until you sign off on a proof.
Delivered in 2–3 weeks
That number is door to door with shipping in it, not production time with freight still to come. Rush options sit at checkout when the date will not move.
Eight colors is the ceiling
Screen printing and embroidery cap at 8 colors. Every other method is unlimited, so full-color artwork goes digital instead.
