The rack

A short list you can actually compare

Fits and weights vary between makers, so both are on every product. Order a tee and a hoodie together and you’ll know they match.

Fits

Boxy, cropped, and classic. Pick the silhouette, not just the size.

Weights

From lightweight tees to 400 GSM fleece. GSM is printed on every product.

Palette

Black. White. Grey. That’s the whole rack, and it always will be.

How each fabric takes ink

The four fabrics you’ll meet most, and how each one behaves once there’s ink on it.

Ringspun cotton tee

140–180 GSM · 38 in the catalog

The default. Smooth face, takes fine detail, holds color through the wash.

Heavyweight tee

200–330 GSM · 28 in the catalog

Boxy and opaque. The heavier face keeps a screen print sitting flat instead of sinking into the knit.

Fleece hoodie

290–500 GSM · 25 in the catalog

Brushed back, minimal shrink. Needs a heavier ink deposit to sit on the pile.

Performance knit

125–365 GSM · 37 in the catalog

Dye migration risk, so it goes DTF or low-cure ink. Never straight plastisol.

Reading the spec

GSM is weight, not quality. A well-spun midweight will out-print a cheap heavyweight every time, because the smoother face holds a finer halftone.

Fiber split matters more for decoration. Once there’s real polyester in the blend you want a blocker or a low-cure ink, or the dye bleeds up into your white.
