The right method for a run.

The size of the run decides the method. Here’s how we’d point you:

Screen printing. The workhorse for big tee and hoodie runs. Once you’re past a couple dozen pieces, the per-shirt cost drops hard, and the print is bold and built to last. Minimum 12, with Pantone matching if your colors have to be exact.
Embroidery. The move for polos and caps. Stitched thread reads premium on staff shirts and headwear, and it holds up wash after wash. Up to 8 thread colors.
DTF. For mixed garments, small runs, and rush jobs. Full color on any fabric with no minimum, so you can put the same design on tees, hoodies, and totes in one order without setup costs stacking up.

Is there a bulk discount?

Yes, with screen printing, the per-piece cost gets cheaper the more you run. The setup is a fixed cost, so once it’s spread across a bigger order, each shirt comes down. Send us your quantity and we’ll show you the break.

How fast can you turn it around?

We have rush options when your date won’t move. Tell us the day you need it in hand and we’ll tell you straight whether we can hit it, and the fastest method to get there.

Can you mix sizes and garments in one order?

Yes. With DTF you can put the same design across tees, hoodies, and totes in a single order, in a full run of sizes, without paying setup on each garment. Great for a crew where nobody wants the same thing.

Can you do names and numbers?

Yes. Individual names and numbers on the back are no problem. Send us the roster and we’ll lay it out. We’ll proof the whole set so you can check every spelling before anything prints.

What’s the minimum?

One piece via DTF or DTG, so a single sample or a tiny crew is fine. Screen printing starts at 12 of a design, which is where the per-piece cost really pays off.
