Everything is decorated and shipped from Los Angeles. Here’s exactly how it moves, and what happens if something is off.
Processing & turnaround
Production starts once your order is paid and you have approved your proof. Standard turnaround is 10 to 14 business days. DTG and DTF run 7 to 10 days. Neither window includes shipping. Rush options are available at checkout when your date is fixed.
Each finishing service adds roughly two days. National holidays are not business days. The window on your invoice is the one that governs.
Shipping & rates
Live rates are calculated at checkout by weight and destination, and every order ships with tracking. Local pickup in Vernon is available at checkout.
We ship internationally to most countries. Duties, import taxes, and customs fees are the buyer’s, they are not included in the rate you see at checkout, and we cannot estimate them for you.
Once a parcel is with the carrier, transit time is theirs. If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will file the claim and make it right.
Decorated orders are final
Anything printed, embroidered, patched, dyed, or altered is made for you and cannot be returned for change of mind. That is why we proof everything before we run it. Approve carefully.
Returning undecorated blanks
Undecorated stock can be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Email us first, every return needs a written authorization number before you ship it back.
If the return is our fault it is free. If it is not, a restocking fee of 15 to 25 percent applies depending on the brand, it comes out of the refund or credit, and return shipping is on you.
Defects, shortages, and mistakes
Inspect your order on arrival. If a piece is defective, misprinted, short, or not what you approved, email us within 7 days of receipt with a photo. We remake it or refund it. Our mistake, our fix.
Two limits worth knowing before you count. We do not reprint for an under-run of less than 10 percent of a design, with a 10 piece minimum, and we refund anything short instead. Because every piece is handled by hand there is a 5 percent tolerance on placement, color, and artwork size. The full detail is in our Terms of Service.
Cancellations & refunds
Cancel before you approve your proof and you get a full refund. Once blanks are ordered or production has started we cannot cancel, because the goods are already yours.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and normally land 5 to 10 business days after we process them, depending on your bank.
