    Blind shipping & fulfillment

    • Blind shipping is available. Let your rep know at the beginning of the order and we can ship with your branding, logo, and name.
    • We also support multi-address shipping and individual fulfillment for team drops, creator programs, and corporate orders.

    Design approval

    Clear file prep keeps production accurate and on schedule.

    Send well-prepared design and we can review it faster, match the right decoration method, and move your order into production with fewer revisions.

    Accepted files

    AI, PDF, EPS, PSD, TIFF, and PNG files are accepted for review.

    Preferred setup

    Raster design should be 300 DPI at size, and editable vector files are preferred when available.

    Text handling

    Convert all text to outlines before sending final production files.

    Transparent art

    Where applicable, provide design on a transparent background and scaled to final size or larger.

    Color & placement expectations

    • Because decoration is applied across different garments, fabrics, and dye lots, PMS matching can vary by roughly 3 to 5 percent.
    • Graphic placement can vary by up to 1/4 inch in each direction as part of normal production tolerance.

    Production notes

    • Sample machines and bulk production machines can apply different pressure, which may create small color differences from approved sample to final run.
    • If your design includes delicate effects or fine detail, our team may recommend minor adjustments for the cleanest possible result.

    • Embroidery, screen print, DTG, patches, and transfers each have different size limits, color allowances, and file-prep requirements.

    Sample policy

    ThreadGhost offers discounted samples for customers planning a larger production order.

    Sample cost credits

    Sample costs may be credited toward a qualifying order of the same style and artwork:

    Production order Sample cost credit
    Orders of 100–249 units 50% of the sample cost
    Orders of 250 units or more 100% of the sample cost

    The qualifying production order must use the same garment style, artwork, and general print specifications as the approved sample.

    How to request a sample

    • The easiest way to begin is to build your order through our website and select “Save as Quote Only” at checkout.
    • This option is located at the bottom of the checkout page. No payment is required when submitting a quote request.

    Once submitted, our team will:

    1. Review the selected products and artwork files
    2. Confirm the sample pricing
    3. Prepare and send a digital mockup for approval
    4. Assign a representative to assist with the sample and production order
    • Sample pricing may vary depending on the garment, decoration method, number of print colors, artwork requirements, and quantity of the anticipated production order.

    Multiple items or styles

    • When multiple items use the same artwork, our team may be able to group them together to provide better sample pricing.

    Additional terms

    • Sample credits are applied after the qualifying production order is placed and confirmed.
    • Credits apply only to the corresponding style and approved artwork.
    • Shipping, setup, artwork preparation, specialty materials, and other additional charges may not be eligible for reimbursement.
    • All sample credits and pricing are subject to review and approval by ThreadGhost.
