Thirteen collared styles, 145 to 240 GSM. Pique and jersey polos in men’s and women’s cuts, Oxford shirts in long and short sleeve, check shirts, and work polos and shirts including a high-visibility safety polo.

Collared shirts are the uniform category, and embroidery is effectively the only right answer. A printed logo on a polo reads as promotional. A stitched one reads as staff. The standard placement is a left-chest mark, with optional sleeve or nape embroidery. Pique knit has a textured surface that eats fine detail, so simplify small type before it goes to the machine. We will tell you if a mark is too fine to hold and suggest a size that will.

Oxford and work shirts take a chest mark or a woven label. The work range is built for daily wear rather than events.

Screen printing

The richest hand and the best value once you are past a dozen of one design. Up to 8 colors. Starts at 12 pieces.

Embroidery

Stitched, not printed. The right call on headwear, polos and outerwear. Up to 8 colors, one piece minimum.

DTG printing

Full color, unlimited, straight into the cotton. Best for photographic art and one-off pieces.

DTF transfers

Full color on almost any fabric, including the synthetics that fight ink. Moves with stretch instead of cracking.

Water-based transfers

The ink sits in the fabric rather than on it. You feel the shirt, not the print. Unlimited colors.

Custom patches

A raised, finished edge. Where a logo has too much detail for thread to hold, this is the honest answer.

Garment dyeing

When the color has to be yours and no stock shade is close enough. Unlimited colors.

Before you order

Is there a minimum order?

One piece, on every method except screen printing. Screen printing starts at 12 of a design so the ink pays off.

How long does it take?

10 to 14 business days in production, plus shipping. If your date won’t move, rush options are on the checkout page.

How many colors can my artwork have?

Up to 8 for screen printing and 8 for embroidery. Every other method is unlimited, so full-color and photographic art is no problem on DTG, DTF or water-based transfers.

Do I get a proof before you print?

Always. Nothing hits a garment until you approve a real digital proof, and revisions are unlimited until it is right.

What does GSM mean, and why is it on every product?

Grams per square meter. It is the fabric weight, and it decides whether a garment feels cheap or substantial more than any other number. We list it on every product because most catalogs don’t, and it is the fastest way to compare two blanks that photograph identically.

Can I mix sizes and styles in one order?

Yes. One design across a size run is normal, and most of the catalog is AS Colour, so fits stay consistent when you mix a tee with a hoodie in the same order.
