What makes a school order work

Matched sizing across the range

Most youth styles run in paired kids and youth sizes off the same base garment, and the adult range shares the same fits. A design ordered across a whole school looks and feels identical on a size 2 and on a coach.

Artwork resized per size range

A chest print sized for an adult looks enormous on a size 2. We scale the file per size range rather than printing one version across the run, so the small sizes do not arrive looking wrong.

Softer methods for smaller kids

For garments worn by young children, water-based printing leaves the ink in the fabric rather than as a plastic patch on top. Worth the extra step, and we will suggest it.

Questions

Can parents order individually instead of one bulk run?

Single pieces have no minimum, so yes. Screen printing starts at 12 of a design; below that we run DTG or transfers, which cost more per piece but hold the same artwork.

Do you match adult and youth sizes for the same design?

Yes. Most youth styles share a base garment with the adult range, and we resize the artwork per size range so it sits correctly on both.

What is the softest option for young kids?

Water-based printing. The ink sits in the fabric instead of on top of it, so there is no stiff plastic panel on a small shirt.
