Most companies selling custom printed t-shirts in LA are brokers. They take your artwork, mark it up and send it somewhere else. Which is why they cannot tell you the ink, the cure temperature, or where your order actually is.
We decorate in our own building. That matters most when a job needs to move fast or needs a second look: you can see a real proof before we run it, and a rush does not have to survive a cross-country freight leg to reach you.

Every way we print a tee
There is no single best method. There is a best method for your run size, your artwork and your fabric. All of these run in our building, including water-based transfers for a softer hand.
Screen printing
Up to 8 colors, water-based or plastisol, specialty inks on request. Minimum 12 pieces. The cheapest way to print volume and the only route to puff, metallic and discharge.
Embroidery
Digitized in-house for caps, polos, jackets and left chest. Stitched, not printed.
DTF transfers
No minimum and no color count. Presses onto almost any fabric, including poly and blends.
DTG printing
Straight into cotton for a soft hand and full-color art. No setup charge, so one shirt costs about what the hundredth does.
Custom patches
Woven or embroidered, applied or supplied loose. For workwear, merch drops and badges that outlive the garment.
Garment dyeing
Dyed after construction so the color settles into the seams. How you get a true vintage tone, not a printed impression of one.
The blank underneath
Start with a blank you’d wear anyway
A great print on a bad blank is still a bad shirt. Here is how to read a spec instead of trusting the word “premium”.
Staple Tee
180 GSM · 100% combed cotton · 76 colors
The default. Combed cotton gives a smooth face that holds fine detail and halftones, and the color range means you rarely have to compromise on the shade.
Heavy Tee
280 GSM · 100% carded cotton · 14 colors
Boxy, opaque and hangs straight. The weight most streetwear blanks are chasing. Carded cotton has a slightly coarser face than combed, which suits bold solid artwork more than fine detail.
Heavy Hoodie
400 GSM · CVC fleece, 80% cotton / 20% polyester · 9 colors
Brushed back with minimal shrink. The pile needs a heavier ink deposit to sit on top rather than sink in, so we spec the screen mesh accordingly. Heavier again: the 500 GSM Made Hoodie in 100% cotton french terry.
Staple Active Tee
150 GSM · 100% recycled polyester
Polyester carries dye-migration risk, so it goes DTF or a low-cure ink with a blocker. Never straight plastisol, which pulls the garment dye up into your white.
Reading the spec
GSM is weight, not quality. The 180 GSM Staple in combed cotton will out-print a heavier tee in coarse carded yarn for fine detail, because the smoother face holds a finer halftone. Pick the weight for the drape you want, then the yarn for the artwork you have.
Fiber split matters more for decoration than weight does. Anything above roughly 30% polyester needs a blocker or a low-cure ink, or the dye bleeds into your white. Our fleece runs 80/20 cotton-poly; the active range is fully recycled polyester.

How an order actually runs
From first file to boxed order, here is exactly what happens.
Send the file
Send artwork, quantity, the garment if you know it, and the date you need it in hand. A rough sketch is fine. We will tell you what the file needs to become.
We spec the method, blank and price
Approve the proof
You get a digital proof with print size and placement marked, and a physical sample when the run justifies it. Nothing goes to press until you sign it off.
Unlimited revisions before press
We print and ship
Printed and cured in-house, checked piece by piece, then folded and boxed the way you asked for. Shipped, or picked up locally if that is faster.

Common questions
Do you actually print in Los Angeles?
Yes. Decoration happens on our own presses in LA. We are not brokering your order out to a contract shop in another state.
What is the minimum order for custom printed t-shirts?
One piece on DTF or DTG. Neither has a minimum or a setup charge. Screen printing starts at 12 pieces, because that is where the screen setup stops dominating the bill.
How long does a custom apparel order take?
Standard is 10 to 14 business days in production, plus shipping. Rush options are on the checkout page. If you are against a hard date, say so in the brief and we will tell you honestly whether it is on before you commit.
Can you print on my own garments?
Usually. Send the garment details first so we can check the fabric takes the ink and cures safely. Include 2–3% spoilage; we do not cover replacement cost on customer-supplied blanks.
