Corporate & brand merch.

Branded company merch that looks like it came from your brand, not the giveaway bin. Premium blanks, finishes that read premium, decorated and shipped from Los Angeles.

Up to 8 thread colors · Pantone-matched · Proofed before print · Shipped from LA

Finishes

Finishes that read premium.

The finish is what separates real brand merch from the forgettable stuff. Here’s how we’d dress it:

Embroidery

Macro of embroidered threadghost lettering in cream thread on black fleece

Embroidery. The premium default for polos and caps. Stitched thread reads sharp and expensive on staff uniforms and headwear, and it lasts. Up to 8 thread colors.

Custom patches

Two threadghost appliqué patches, white on black and black on grey

Custom patches. A branded patch on a cap or jacket gives merch a made-for-you feel. The kind of detail people notice and keep wearing.

Screen printing & DTF

A high-contrast screen printed splatter graphic across a black garment

Screen printing & DTF. For tees and hoodies. Screen printing is the pick for bigger runs with bold, durable color; DTF handles full-color art and mixed garments with no minimum.

Garment dyeing

A white zip hoodie with a black splattered dye finish

Garment dyeing. When you need to hit a specific brand color, we can dye the garment so the color runs through the fabric, not just printed on top.

What we make

Merch that looks like your brand.

We start with a premium blank and put your mark on it clean, so the merch matches the brand instead of cheapening it. Everything gets proofed before it goes into production, so what you sign off on is exactly what lands on your team’s desks.

Branded apparel

Two people in black threadghost hoodies and a cap against a concrete wall

Tees, hoodies and crewnecks on premium blanks. The pieces people keep and wear.

Staff uniforms

A stack of four identical charcoal polo shirts with two matching caps beside them

Polos and caps your team puts on every day, so the finish has to hold up. Embroidery is usually the pick.

Company swag

A grey canvas tote standing open with a bone cap and a folded black t-shirt

Totes, caps and tees for the people who already like you. One blank, your mark on it clean.

Onboarding kits

An open grey mailer box with folded charcoal apparel nested under tissue, lid leaning against it

New hire packs, folded and bagged or kitted the way you want them to arrive. Tell us the plan and we price it in.

Giveaways

A long row of individually folded t-shirts standing on edge, receding across the frame

Event handouts and campaign drops. No minimum on any method but screen printing, which starts at 12.

Five identical folded grey t-shirts fanned in a row, every one the same shade

Pantone match

Consistent brand color.

Send your Pantone codes and we match your ink exactly. This year’s hoodie is the same color as next year’s tee. Not a close-enough guess.

Artwork on file

Reorders on tap.

We keep your approved artwork and specs on file, so restocking the same pack is one message: same finish, same color, same blank.

Premium blanks

Merch people keep.

Swag that dies in a drawer is wasted money. We start with blanks people want to wear: premium weights, real fits. So your logo gets worn.

Questions

Common questions.

Can you match our brand’s exact Pantone color?

Yes. Send us your Pantone codes and we’ll match them on screen printing, so your brand color stays consistent across every run. If the color has to live in the fabric itself, garment dyeing is the other route.

Can we reorder the same pack later?

Yes. We keep your approved artwork and specs on file, so a reorder is just a message to us. Same finish, same color, same blank. No re-proofing from zero unless you want to change something.

Do you do polos and staff uniforms?

Yes. Polos and staff uniforms are a core part of this. Embroidery is usually the pick. A stitched logo on a polo or cap reads premium and holds up to daily wear. Browse the blanks to see the polos and headwear on hand.

What’s the minimum order?

It depends on the method. DTF and DTG have no minimum, so a small onboarding kit or a sample is fine. Screen printing starts at 12 of a design online, which is where bigger merch runs get most cost-effective.

Can you kit or fold-and-bag for handout?

Tell us how you want it to arrive. Folded and bagged for a clean handout, or kitted for onboarding, and we’ll sort it out on the quote. Let us know the plan when you reach out so we can price it in.
