What we make
We make custom patches and apply them to your garment, or send them loose. A patch is the finish that makes a cap or jacket look considered rather than just decorated, and it’s a clean way to brand gear that’s tricky to print or stitch on directly, beanies included.
Patch types
- Woven. Threads woven tight to hold fine detail and small text. Flat, clean, and the best choice for detailed logos.
- Embroidered. Raised thread stitched onto a backing for a classic, tactile finish.
- Chenille. Soft, fluffy, varsity-style letters and shapes.
- Combinations. Mix woven, embroidered and chenille for something layered and properly custom.
Borders, backing and application
Borders can be merrowed (a clean stitched edge) or laser and heat-cut for sharp custom shapes. Backing options include sew-on, iron-on and velcro. We sew or heat-press the patches onto your garment, or supply them loose for you to apply later. They’re the move for caps, beanies, jackets, workwear and bags, and anywhere a direct print or stitch won’t sit well, where DTF won’t press onto a beanie’s stretchy knit, a patch will.
