Decoration method

Custom embroidery.

Stitched, not printed. The premium finish that outlasts the garment.

How embroidery works

Embroidery stitches your logo straight into the fabric with thread, so there’s no ink to crack, peel or fade. It’s the premium, hard-wearing finish, and it reads as quality the second someone picks the garment up. Every design is hand-digitized, turned into a stitch file by a person rather than auto-generated, so the linework comes out crisp and clean instead of mushy. It’s the go-to for caps, polos, jackets, workwear and bags, and anything that cops daily wear and industrial washing.

Stitch styles

  • Flat. The standard. Sleek, low-profile, sits flush to the fabric. Clean and professional.
  • 3D puff. Foam laid under the thread lifts the design off the garment for a bold, raised look. Loves caps and heavier garments, and bold simple shapes; fine detail gets lost.
  • Chain stitch. A looser, hand-made looking stitch that suits script and wordmarks.
  • Satin stitch. A smooth, glossy thread fill for lettering and clean shapes.
  • Tonal. Thread matched to the garment for a subtle, same-color finish.
  • Metallic thread. Real metallic sheen in gold, silver, copper, rose gold or bronze.
  • Chenille. Soft, fluffy, varsity-style letters and crests.

What embroidery suits

Embroidery loves clean lines and bold shapes. It’s not the move for photographic detail, gradients or very fine text. Tiny letters won’t stay legible. If that’s your artwork, we’ll say so and point you at print instead. Send vector or high-res artwork with the fonts outlined. We run up to 8 thread colors, at a standard size of 4 ร— 4 in (bigger on request). Not locked on a garment yet? Start with the Garment Guide.

Common questions

Will embroidery work for my detailed logo?

Clean shapes and text, yes. Fine detail, gradients or very small type, no. Thread can’t hold it. We’ll flag it and suggest print if that’s the better call.

Can you do raised 3D logos on caps?

Yes, that’s 3D puff. Works best on bold, simple shapes and looks sharp on structured caps.

What file do you need?

Vector AI/EPS/PDF or high-res artwork, with all fonts converted to outlines.

Do you charge per color?

No. Priced on stitch count and size, not colors, up to 8 threads.

Best garments for it?

Structured caps, polos, heavier hoodies and jackets, and tote bags.
