Terms of Service

Last updated: August 11, 2026

ThreadGhost is operated by M7 Holdings LLC (“ThreadGhost”, “we”, “us”), 4905 S Santa Fe Ave, Vernon, CA 90058. These terms govern your use of this site and every order you place with us. Placing an order means you accept them.

Our acceptance of your order is conditional on your agreement to these terms. They govern every transaction between us and replace any conflicting terms on your purchase order unless we agree otherwise in writing. They also apply to future orders unless we change them in writing.

Turnaround

The clock starts when your order is paid in full and we have everything needed to build it. That means approved artwork at print-ready quality, sizes and quantities, ink or thread colors, placement, and shipping details. Anything missing pauses the clock.

Standard production is 10 to 14 business days. DTG and DTF run 7 to 10 days. Those windows do not include shipping. Finishing services add roughly two days each. The window on your invoice is the one that governs.

If you have a deadline, tell us when you order. A rush fee may apply if the date is tighter than normal production allows. Once an order is paid and in the system we may not be able to move it. Delays outside our control, such as weather or a supplier shipping error, are not built into the estimate. National holidays are not business days.

Payment

Orders placed on this site are paid in full at checkout. We do not extend credit terms and we do not accept checks through the site. Prices, quantity breaks, and totals shown at checkout are the governing figures. We can change pricing without notice, and we can cancel or refuse any order, including for a pricing error, in which case we refund you.

Minimums

Twelve pieces of a design when you order online. Twenty five if you are working with a rep on a custom quote. Minimums are per design, not per order.

Artwork

Submit files at 300 DPI or as vector. Size the design to the dimensions you want printed, or larger, and tell us those dimensions. Convert text to outlines. A print can only be as good as the file it came from, and we are not responsible for output quality caused by low-resolution or badly built artwork.

We are not responsible for misspellings or errors inside your file. We catch what we can and flag it, but we will not catch everything. If it is in your file and on your approval, that is how it prints.

You confirm you own or are licensed to use everything you send us, and you grant us the rights needed to produce your order. You are responsible for any claim arising from your artwork. Site content, marks, and designs are ours or our licensors’.

Proofs and approvals

It is your job to request and approve a proof before we run production. If you decline a printed sample we cannot be liable for errors that a sample would have caught. Order a sample if you are unsure about placement, color, or size on a specific garment.

Under-runs, spoilage, and tolerances

We are not responsible for under-runs or spoilage up to 10 percent per design. We refund the cost of anything short on your order. We do not reprint for less than 10 percent of the run, with a 10 piece minimum. Order extras if an exact count matters.

Everything is done by hand, so there is a 5 percent tolerance on placement, color, and artwork size, and a 5 percent order tolerance for damages and misprints. That is the industry standard, not a target.

Stock and garments

Blanks are ordered after your order is placed, so we cannot guarantee a supplier has them. If something is out of stock we send you replacement options. We are not responsible for supplier stock-outs.

We do not manufacture the blanks, so we cannot guarantee their construction. Manufacturer defects, including color inconsistency, mislabeled garments, loose stitching, holes, and ripped seams, are the manufacturer’s. We inspect as we print, but we cannot check every piece. Order 5 to 10 percent extra of each size if an exact count is important.

Some mills over-dye, meaning they re-dye a garment after it was first made. Because of that we cannot guarantee exact color consistency on discharge-based printing. It shows most on white ink, which can read slightly off-white. Ask us before you order if that matters on the garment you want.

If you supply your own garments we cannot be responsible for how they take a print. Test lightweight fabrics before full production, and order a sample. Show-through on inside label prints is a fabric weight issue, not a print defect.

Custom work is final

Modify the goods and you own them. Once merchandise is printed, embroidered, dyed, washed, or altered in any way it cannot be returned or claimed against. That includes work we do at your request.

Inspect everything on arrival. Claims for defects, shortages, quality, or specification must reach us within 7 days of receipt with a photo. We cannot be responsible for shortages on shipments sent to a third party. Full detail is on our Shipping & Returns page.

If you accept merchandise knowing about a defect, including late delivery, you waive a damages claim on it. Tell us in writing at the time.

Warranties and liability

Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and all other implied warranties, are excluded from any transaction between us and do not apply to the goods we sell.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability on any order is limited to what you paid for that order.

Governing law

California law governs every transaction between us. You consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Los Angeles County, California for any claim arising from a sale, and we also reserve the right to bring a claim where you are domiciled.

We may update these terms. The version on this page is always the current one. Questions go to team@threadghost.com.
