ThreadGhost is operated by M7 Holdings LLC (“ThreadGhost”, “we”, “us”), 4905 S Santa Fe Ave, Vernon, CA 90058. This policy describes how we collect, use, transfer, and disclose information, including personally identifiable information, obtained through threadghost.com and other channels.
By using this site or sending us personal information you confirm you have read and agree to this policy and to our Terms of Service.
What we collect
Name and contact data. Name, job title, company, billing and shipping address, phone number, email address, and your marketing preferences by channel.
Account credentials. What we need to authenticate you and give you access to your account and order history.
Payment data. Our payment processor collects the card or bank details needed to take payment. We never see or store your full card number.
Order and artwork data. What you bought, the files you uploaded, the proofs you approved, and the notes on your job.
Usage data. How your device and browser interact with the site, including error reports and performance data, which we use to find and fix problems.
Cookies. Small files stored on your device that keep your cart and session working, remember preferences, and measure traffic. You can block or delete them in your browser, and parts of the site may stop working if you do.
Text messages
If you opt in to text messages, no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone. Reply STOP to any message to opt out.
How we use it
To take and fulfill your order, produce your custom work, ship it, support you afterward, prevent fraud, keep the site running, and meet our legal obligations. We send marketing only where you have opted in, and every marketing message has an unsubscribe link.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with
Service providers who need it to do their job for us. That is our payment processor, shipping carriers and our shipping platform, our email and hosting providers, and our analytics provider. They may use it only to perform that work.
We also disclose information where the law requires it, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers or our company. If the business is sold or reorganized, customer information may transfer as part of that deal.
How long we keep it
As long as your account is open, as long as we need it to serve you, and as long after that as tax, accounting, and legal rules require. Production files are kept so we can run a reorder without you re-sending artwork. Ask us and we will delete them.
Security
The site runs over TLS and payment details go straight to our processor. We restrict internal access to what each person needs. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, and you are responsible for keeping your account password private.
Your rights
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and why, to get a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of any sale or sharing. We do not sell or share, so there is nothing to opt out of. You will never be treated differently for exercising any of these rights.
To make a request, email team@threadghost.com from the address on your account. We verify identity before acting on a request and answer within the time the law allows. You can also have an authorized agent make the request for you.
Children
This site is for business and adult buyers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites are not covered by this policy. Read theirs before you hand over anything.
